Therefore, we actively take various measures to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and create a safe, healthy, and fair working environment for our employees.

Human Rights Protection Includes:

  • Strict prohibition of sexual harassment and power bullying, and giving stakeholders due respect.

  • Strict prohibition of harsh and inhumane treatment of employees, including any form of illegal harm.

  • Strict prohibition of employing child labor at any stage of the production process.

  • Strict prohibition of any form of forced labor, and proper management of working hours.

Environmental Protection Includes:

  • Compliance with regulations, energy saving and waste reduction, pollution prevention, and continuous improvement.

Ethical Standards Include:

  • Strict prohibition of any form of improper gains, including bribery, corruption, extortion, or embezzlement.

  • All suppliers must adhere to the highest ethical standards.

Complaint System

Sustainable business operations include integrity and responsible business conduct, as well as a friendly, equal, and healthy workplace environment. Pan-Asia has established a complaint channel to encourage stakeholders to report any improper behavior or any incidents impacting the environment and human rights, or to provide relevant suggestions. According to the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, and Personal Data Protection Act, this reporting mechanism is safe and confidential. During the complaint investigation period, encryption protection is provided, and the name of the complainant or other identifiable information will not be disclosed. Unrelated third parties will not be provided with information unrelated to the investigation, to protect the complainant.
